Our pizzas bake in about 90 seconds in our custom made oven imported from Italy.  We fire it with apple wood for a nice smoky flavor and intense heat.  The pies are handcrafted with locally sourced ingredients as the seasons allow.  We grow our own herbs for seasoning as well as basil for our homemade pesto.  Our sauce is made with San Marzano tomatoes from Italy for an authentic Neopolitan style pie.  We also roast grape tomatoes with olive oil and our own smoked sea salt for a truly unique taste.  All our vegetables are roasted the same way to bring out their sweetness and full flavor.  In 2016, we were honored to be included in the book “Where To Eat Pizza”, an international guide to the best pizzas in the world.
